Dr. Ron Phillipson is a member of the American Association of Addiction Medicine and is certified in addiction medicine through the American Board of Addiction Medicine. Ron works with substance abuse and specializes in Methadone, Suboxone, Fentanyl, and Opioid withdrawal management as well as alcohol-dependent patients who need to be safely detoxed. Ron completed medical school in 2002 at the University of Manitoba and did a residency in Family Medicine at the University of Toronto.
